reducing pregnancy body aches, reduce stress, and ease
muscle tension. Massage may be particularly helpful
during a time when medication and other medical options
may be more limited. Pregnancy massage uses mild
pressure similar to Swedish massage. During the massage,
you’ll lie on your side. The therapist will focus on
areas such as your lower back, hips, and legs. ***Not
