Reservations

Deposit of 50% of the service amount may be required via Zelle or Venmo to hold your appointment. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a 24 hour advance notice to avoid being charged 50% of the service amount. If you have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (310) 406-0700.

Arrival

Arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you to complete our health and skin care profile. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

Personal Property

Please leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

For the comfort of others

Please respect others while enjoying our spa by maintaining a quiet level of conversation. Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, Zelle, Venmo and The Mist Spa gift certificates. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Gift Certificates

The Mist Spa gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used toward treatments and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Parking

We have a parking lot in front of our building. Metered and street parking is also available along Santa Monica Blvd and Brockton Ave, so allow enough time to find a parking space. Please read signs carefully for street cleaning days/times and restricted parking.
